This site is operated by Quikbot Technologies Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore. This notice explains what personal data the site collects, why, who else handles it, and what you can ask us to do about it. The law that governs it is Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

It describes the website. It does not describe how operational data is handled inside a deployed QuikSync environment, which is governed by the agreement covering that deployment.

What we collect, and why

The site has no forms and no accounts. Personal data reaches us in two ways: when you write to us, and automatically, in the technical records of a visit.

• What you send us by email. The email links on this site open your own mail client, and nothing reaches us until you send the message. If you write to hello@quikbot.ai, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us, and we use it to reply to you.
• Security and operational information. Our hosting keeps request logs — details of requests to the site, such as the address requested and the outcome — which Cloudflare retains for a few days and we use to diagnose faults and abuse. They are not used to build a profile of you or for marketing.
• Access control. Parts of this site sit behind Cloudflare Access. Where it applies, Cloudflare asks you to authenticate before the page loads, receives the identity you authenticate with, and sets its own session cookies.

We use this data only for the purposes set out in this notice — the ones above. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Consent, and withdrawing it

Writing to us is your request that we use what you send to reply to you. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@quikbot.ai. We will stop using your data for the purposes you gave it for. Withdrawal does not affect anything already lawfully done before you withdrew.

Where it is stored, and for how long

What you send us sits in our own mailbox. We keep it only while it serves the purpose you gave it for, and delete it when that purpose ends or on request.

This site sets no cookies of its own, and we run no analytics or advertising trackers — but that is not the same as receiving no cookies, because the access control described above sets its own. If you choose a colour theme, it is remembered in your browser’s local storage, on your device, and is not sent to us.

Who else handles it, and where

Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the access control described above, which receives the identity you authenticate with where it applies. Processing may take place outside Singapore.

Personal data may therefore be transferred outside Singapore. Being straight about the limits of what we can promise, because a promise we cannot keep is worse than none: we do not control which country our hosting provider operates from on a given request, and we do not claim to have obtained a protection undertaking from each recipient.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask us what personal data of yours we hold and how it has been used, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@quikbot.ai and we will respond within 30 days. If we cannot meet that, we will tell you when we can.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you may complain to Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission.

Protecting it

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry emails is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

Changes

If what the site does changes, this page changes with it. Last updated 1 October 2026.
